Fantastic stay with excellent service!

I particularly appreciated the complimentary snacks and water in my room. Turndown service really impressed me. Everything was perfectly replenished and cleaned. The attention to detail, exemplified by the Velcro ties around the wires, stood out (really thoughtful!).
The front desk staff was not as attentive as I would have liked upon arrival. I had to wait longer than expected to check in, and my requests weren't immediately addressed. It would be nice to have a smoother welcome experience.

All staff members are helpful and friendly (it's hard not to notice!). They addressed all questions I asked. Requests via WhatsApp were responded to quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast at Arlo offers a variety of choices in smaller rooms, so it does not feel like a large hotel. The quality and taste of the food was very high. They offered several drinks while at the poolside.
