clean room amazing breakfast
the room was super spacious and clean, it felt very luxurious. the breakfast was amazing too, i loved the variety and quality! i will be back for sure!
the gym equipment looked a little bit old, i think they could use an upgrade.

unhygienic bed eye inflammation
The staff werent as attentive than previous stays. i reminded them twice i had a kid, but they didnt prepare kids slippers or a toothbrush . the beds felt unhygienic. I had eye inflammation the next morning.

Fantastic stay with excellent service!
complimentary snacks thoughtful turndown great detail
I particularly appreciated the complimentary snacks and water in my room. Turndown service really impressed me. Everything was perfectly replenished and cleaned. The attention to detail, exemplified by the Velcro ties around the wires, stood out (really thoughtful!).
The front desk staff was not as attentive as I would have liked upon arrival. I had to wait longer than expected to check in, and my requests weren't immediately addressed. It would be nice to have a smoother welcome experience.

All staff members are helpful and friendly (it's hard not to notice!). They addressed all questions I asked. Requests via WhatsApp were responded to quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast at Arlo offers a variety of choices in smaller rooms, so it does not feel like a large hotel. The quality and taste of the food was very high. They offered several drinks while at the poolside.

The room had a lovely marina view. There was plenty of storage. The room décor was spot on. The room was clean and finished to a very high standard.

The hotel is connected directly to the IFC Mall. The train from the international airport arrives close to the hotel. Many attractions are within walking distance from the hotel.
